Umm, no he doesn't!! You are a bold faced lie with that comment. He was contracted for a certain weight and he didn't or couldn't make it. NO ONE knows what the circumstaces were. JMM signed a contract and agreed to give him 2 more lbs. He has NEVER been above the legal limit of his weight class.

Now why don't you talk about the fact that Pac has been above the legal limit of the weight class not once but TWICE b4. Seeing that, that is the case, should Pac be asking anyone for a penalty??

al haymon accepted the 7 days cut-off on behalf of floyd when it was negotiated by arum through hbo but floyd went on vacations instead. him and haymon had a falling out because of that and so floyd ran over to don king like a crybaby.

Al is Floyds advisor, I'm sure Al and Bob watched the Floyd/Shane fight. Floyd made it pretty clear, no test no fight...
For me 14 days was cool, 7 is better. I'm sure Al did take Bobs offer to Floyd/Leonard, but Floyd just raised the bar by beating Shane (Yes, old azz Shane. The same Shane Manny ducked 2 times. It was funny to see Roach claiming that NO WAY Floyd would accept a fight with Mosley. That's he's been ducking him for years. Sounds pretty silly in hindsight.
