Mayweather does not want to face Pacman because of his fear that the possibility of losing to him is greater than of winning and ruin his zero loss record. Therefore, it cannot be said that Pacman will lose to Mayweather if they face each other because Floyd doesn't want to fight him in the first place. Mayweather should be the one challenging Pacquiao because the latter not only is the champion but also the top rank boxer in the world. Floyd has not done that.
