Yeah, I was thinking the same thing! It's a dumb statement from Hopkins! I think he's been taking hits off of Floyd Sr's crack pipe and inheriting that babbling idiots habit.... hahahaha

    • B-Hop is a living legend. He dleaned out his division and beat the young upstart who was suppose to dethrown him. He beat Jermain Taylor both times but HBO commentators work screaming for blocked punches

I think even Terry his manager would agree that Nate isn't a slick African American fighter but I love how you use the color of his skin to designate that he is "slick"

I mean couldn't we play the same game and ask why Floyd never sought out a fight with Stevie Johnston when Floyd was still at 135?

        • article doesn't even talk about catch-weights, and when you talk about pac how can you not talk about catch-weights

There was Zahir Raheem who defeated Eric Morales who beat
Manny Pacquiao. After Morales loss, he opted to fight Morales
again instead of the guy who beat Morales, Raheem.

fit the profile as both. In regards to all your racist and hate filled
comments, it's all good because you may hate black people or not
but honestly, I don't care because I am cool with Filipino's and
ESPECIALLY the women. The pic below is a picture of my female.
She's Filipino and we have no racial issues between us. Not bad
for just a "Negro", huh hater? Ha ha ha! Seems like the only one
                jealous is YOU.

                  why?

Stevie was still a legit lightweight who had lost two close and controversial fights to JLC?

if I am not mistaken wasn't Casa still at Jr Lightweight?

Manny's 2nd fight with Morales was only his 3rd time fighting at 130lbs and his 5th for the rubber match. Zahir Raheem was fighting at 135lbs that time but was not so smart having his butt kick by Acelino Freitas in 2006 after a win against Erik Morales. Then became inactive for almost a year, Acelino Freitas must have beaten him mentally pretty bad. If you watch the pattern he usually make 2-3 fights in a year but in 2006 he had only one.

Raheem was campaigning at lightweight when Manny fought Morales. Manny fought Morales at superfeatherweight. Raheem then lost to Freitas and really fell apart. This is a factually inaccurate statement. Has Raheem looked servicable after that Freitas fight?

Nate Campbell. Really? Since when has he been considered a slick boxer? Campbell is much more of a brawler. He beat Juan Diaz as a brawler, not a boxer. He lost to the ultraslick Casamayor.
