And then he fought old Mosley, whom he unimpressively went the distance with, and was nearly KOed by in round 2.Comment

Being hurt doesn't equate to being nearly KO'd, if he was nearly KO'd he would have fell too the floor. Manny Pacman was hurt by the same guy, Mosley brutally stoppedComment

I think the reason of Ring Magazine ranking Pac & Floyd still higher than Martinez is because they fought & won over lots of bigger names through out their career & their accomplishment in boxing are still bigger than what Martinez has done at this moment. And dont forget that Pac & Floyd also dominated their last 10 or more opponents so ranking them at no.1 & no.2 is just right for me.
But Martinez will win the fighter of the year for sure because of his last two spectacular performance over Pavlik & P.will and also if Pac fight Mosley & Marquez next & Floyd continue his vacation while Martinez keep this kind of performance he will surely be the no.1 p4p next year.Comment

I think Floyd will eventually be dropped out of the P4P rankings due to inactivity.
He still has no fight scheduled or in the works.Comment

My Top 5
1. Manny Pacquiao
2. Floyd Mayweather
3. Wladimir Klitschko
4. Vitali Klitschko
5. Sergio Martinez
I like Martinez as much as the next guy, but destroying the ridiculously overrated Paul Williams dosen't make him top 3 IMO.Last edited by Steelhammer2011; 11-23-2010, 08:53 PM.Comment
