I don't understand why this fight is tape-delayed on the west coast. They're fighting California, so is the fight taking place at midnight since it is on live at 9 on the east coast? That seems a bit late don't you think. I think they meant it is tape delayed on the east coast. Am I missing something?

showtime is whack with that sheit, burns me to no end, they're just trying to milk live fights because they make it a mini ppv to watch it live. it's a really crappy deal.

well i should say, it's that way here at least, don't know about your location, but it's a crappy deal through and through as a boxing diehard. just not diehard enough to pay for EVERY ****ING WEEKEND FIGHT!!!! it's getting old.


with that being said, ward is going to get a bit of his own medicine with his roughhouse tactics with bika. we all know bika is a rough and tumble fighter who has a granite chin and fights hard and with reckless abandon.

this is a match up where we SHOULD see ward use superior boxing skill but he can get pulled into a ugly, nasty, inside fight. as usual i expect ward to outclass bika and win but don't give bika a chance because he has the HEART to win the fight, you can't rule that out with a fighter like bika.

I remember a virgil hill fighting and losing too bad ward has to be trained by a loser. Ward has no power and just dances like a girl with occasional head butts. pitter patter punching is a joke. Ward needs a trainer who can develop him into a fighter like what Roach did for manny. Heck call Manny steward for help. Ward's is a nobody in America no-one knows who he is, he fights dull and boring with no power. Get a real trainer not some zombie old man.

He is trained by Virgil Hunter who I think is one of the brightest young trainers in the business.

Nevertheless Hunter has been a fatherfigure for Ward and has devised near perfect strategies for every fight Ward has had. You cannot ask for more than that.

I admire Ward for what he's done and the image that he chooses to present to the public, but Andre Ward's trainer is Virgil HUNTER, not Hill.

virgil hill- virgil ****er that is the problem ward has surrounded himself with unknown unqualified morons that still have him fighting at home in front of empty seats. Ward and dirrell both are mismanged by inept ****** ****ers who are clueless about how to promote manage or direct a fighters career.
