Mayweather wanted Manny at 154 lbs. - Should fight Sergio but won't!

If Mayweather wants Manny, who is only 145 lbs., at 154 lbs., why is he ducking Sergio at 156 lbs.

Obviously, Floyd knows he would be at 165 lbs. on fight night against the 145 lbs. Pacquiao. Why doesn't Floyd just fight Sergio who would be probably no more than 168 lbs. on fight night? Is he ducking again?

Jesus, it has only been 2 days since Sergio became a marketable item. It's too early to be calling anyone a ducker.
