He gave it up, if he wanted to he could of kept it and give up the WBC MW title. But, he would of have still had the ring/lineal and I don't know the WBO would of done if he did that.

Anyways the only reason Floyd won the WBC was because Winky gave it up.

I made a thread yesterday about how they could pull a Leonard-Lalonde. Meet at 154, Pac puts up his LMW bet, Sergio puts up his MW belt. Lot of people will complain, but it makes the bout that much more enticing with all that gold on the line... and it has a precedent, so we know it's possible.
