What about S. Martinez VS J. Kirkland?!?!?! Why hasn't Kirkland been mentioned as a possible opponent since Pac/Mayweather vs Martinez at this point seems like nothing more than hopes and dreams.

It's called negotiations.........Pac ain't Mayweather who doesn't budge on his demands coz he's afraid.

Mayweather is the easiest guy to make a fight with. Look at their history. Pacquiao is known for almost blowing fights. While fights are immediately signed with Mayweather when negotiations take place.

How predictable. When Manny and Roach got the catchweight for the Cotto fight, I joked that he would win two or three more division titles by catchweights. Now he wants another division at 150 when he is the 154 pound champ. Sometimes you just call it.

Martinez would be a great fight, but they know that Martinez is not comfortable at 154 anymore. Just like Cotto was barely making 147 (so the weight was set to 145) and Margarito had to take diet pills to make weight to fight Pacquiao.
