Pac agreed to a 7 day cutoff date.

Seeing as these tests are not part of the normal procedures and are strictly demands from Floyd's team that should be acceptable.

I think it's safe to say Drug Testing is the least of worries for getting this fight going. You don't see the media questioning Pacquiao's reluctance to not taking tests. Matter of fact, they mention Pacquiao agreeing to the testing regiments the 2nd time around, but many Mayweather fans believe "So what??? What about the 1st time???". One side says "They're lying!!, the head of HBO Sports says otherwise (who's also worked with Floyd for many years).

Both Mayweather and Pacquiao fans can twists facts around to make the other guy look bad, but as it stands right now, Pacquiao's not the target of ridicule and or is not being branded "scared" by both hardcore and Boxing fans. Sometimes...it just is what it is.

Nail on the head... How is it in Pac's court again? It is Floyd's legacy at risk because it is how he will be remembered by most. Pac's legacy is safe he can retire if he wants.

He "doesn't need Mayweather" is about as bad an excuse as being afraid of needles. When it come to a Mayweather bout, Manny just doesn't want to give the fans the 'entertainment' he always strives for.

Last time I checked, Floyd said they were NOT negotiating because he wants no part of Manny and preferred to be on his long vacation. So then it's in Floyd's court as he is the only one that can come back from his long vacation and get into the negotiating mode with Manny.

The pendulum does not have to be fully in Floyd's favor to get the negotiating started. Someone just needs to get serious about the negotiations. From what I heard, Manny made a good impression and went down to 7 days plus after the fight with blood and full random testing with urine. That's not too bad considering that Floyd is NOT doing OST to begin with as there have been no reports of Floyd getting tested since about 18 days before the Mosley fight. That is not OST!!!

Team Pacquiao has already agreed to random blood and urine testing, that is not disputed by HBO, Golden Boy, Team Mayweather or FMJ himself. There is some question over a cutoff date with a 7 day cutoff being cited by Koncz.

Regardless of whether or not there is a 7 day cutoff, what PEDs could Manny possibly take that would be of benefit within that period? VICTOR CONTE himself is OK with a cutoff of up to 10 days.

Agreed, end the thread. Manny and is team never wanted the fight ever since drug testing was brought up. When you do not agree to a 14 day cut off and then run away and fight Clottey, that proves you do not want none. What a joke.
