Juan Manuel Márquez will take another crack at the best.
The Mexican fighter was announced as Manny Pacquiao's next opponent.
The best pound-for-pound boxer in the world -- who also happens to be a congressman in his native Phillipines -- announced on Monday that he will fight Márquez next.
Still, he didn't seem too enthused about the fight.
"I would not watch Pacquiao vs. Márquez," he said at the Phillipine House of Representatives, where he received an award for beating another Mexican fighter, Antonio Margarito.
Pacquiao beat Márquez for the WBC Super Featherweight title in a 12-round, split decision in Las Vegas in 2008.
Márquez also lost in 2009 to Floyd Mayweather Jr., the fighter all boxing fans really want to see in the ring against Pacquiao.
