The last time I saw Pac take punishment is against JMM.
take a look at the post fight conference. it gives you a better look at how much damage is done because that's when the bruises start showing.

do you know how many punches marquez landed on pacquiao in their last fight?

do you know how many punches margarito landed on pacquiao?

look it up. it'll surprise you.

being a more competitive fight doesn't necessarily mean you took more punishment and vice versa.

Manny by a country mile at this stage, he's leaving Floyd for dead at this stage unless he Floyd seriously does something about it.

Don't even get me started on Margarito. And I don't even want to hear that somehow Pac is still a lightweight when he was coming in at 147 148 after rehydrating.

Pacquaio has not been taking the riskiest fights out there. Don't kid yourself. Not since the Marquez fight.
Well you haven't answered the question. What fighter today has a better competition in the last 2 years than Pac?

Better than these SUCCESSIVE opponents: Hatton, Cotto Clottey, Margarito.

Pac's last successive opponents of Barrera, Marquez, Morales 5 years ago is actually unbeatable so I'll just ask for his last 2.

I know that, I heard the compubox numbers.... He still went through a lot more physically in the JMM fights than the Margarito fight.

I'm not saying it was a walk in the park, but compared the JMM fight it was.

He lost the Williams fight and drew Cintron. Still even steven if he won it.

Martinez natural Middleweight vs. Pac natural Lightweight

the fight was easily won but he still took a lot of damage.

looking at his face against both , it was pretty close as far as damage.

i heard pac's body/ribs was f'd up though. he didn't have that against jmm.

marg fight was a lot easier though.

well you said competition. you didn't say anything about win-loss.

either way i think serg won all 4 tbh.

pavlik , pwill and cintron are equal if not better to hatton , cotto , marg and clottey.

pac's guys have bigger names but pavlik , pwill and cintron were just as highly ranked , if not better (marg wasn't even ranked anymore)

yes pac was at a size disadvantage but martinez was at a size disadvantage against pavlik and pwill too. plus martinez didn't ask for catchweights which evens it out a bit.
