i mean he clearly wasnt moving,the ring doctor was in the ring..and the ref was still counting

Probably wasn't thinking, it was a bit of a shock and the ref did what he usually does and that's count.

Cos the ref was crap, watch the fight again. You see as much of the referee as the fighters, when they were punching in the clinch he kept breaking them up and they were both being active in it.
