    Philippine boxing superstar and congressman Manny Pacquiao gestures as he recieves a Congresional Medal of Distinction at the House of Representatives in Quezon City, east of Manila on Monday. Pacquiao returned to the Philippines from the US on November 20, fresh from his latest victory in the ring. He captured his eight divisional title by winning a brutal twelve round decision over Antonio Margarito on November 13 at Cowboys Stadium in Texas. He plans to focus on fighting poverty in the political arena.
