Pacquiao should fight the winner of the Bradley v Alexander fight. Berto does not deserve a shot just yet. If Floyd and Pac cannot agree to terms of possibly the highest grossing monetary fight in the history of the sport, then Pacquiao should fight someone who hasn't looked like s_ _ t in their last couple of fights. To be fair for Marquez, maybe a 135-140 catchweight....I would go with it as a fan, but for Pacquiao, again, what can he prove out of this fight?

Me thinks its about the bitter fans of Marquez who wanted resolution from the previous 2 fights. Ok, I would give them that, but as far as "real challenges" now, Pacquiao has moved on to bigger fights.

I can see the winner of Bradley/Alexander, Berto, and even Martinez. I still want Pacquiao to beat Mayweather but Pacquiao is really running out of competition below 147.

Bradley-alexander winner is cool, Berto doesnt derserve it and has no fanbase, Martinez too damn big, wont happpen. mayweather fight wont go down for another 2 years it seems, the Marquez fight makes sense at 140, and you cant do nothing about excuses, there is always an excuse when a fighter loses...but why not fight marquez, for 1 to make him shut up and stop calling him out, to prove to people the first 2 fights were flukes(most feel JMM won both), marquez brings a country of fans so PPV numbers will be out the roof, pacquiao wants to fight in may (may 5th, mexico independence perhaps, fight a mexican legend). . . why are people dissin this fight so much as if the first 2 were not close, both fights were great, had action and were competitive, pacquiao hasnt been challenged since marquez.

it makes sense , the money will be there, if he beats him more convincing, he puts the marquez arguement to rest, cuz when manny is retired 15 yrs from now, most would feel JMM beat him twice and was robbed, so why not kill that right now, even Roach knows it, but the way things are going, he is most likely fighting mosley which makes ZERO sense to me, Mosley has no fanbase, his last 2 fights were horrible and he doesnt have the stamina to go 12 rounds anymore

i agree, and even Freedie Roach said a Mosley fight will be easy work and that nobody will tune in, but Bob Arum calls the shots so im guessin they will push Mosley-Pacquiao down our throats, had Mosley looked good vs Mayweather and looked great vs Mora then i wouldnt have a problem, but his performances in those fights were terrible, his stamina is gone.

They should focus all their attention to Floyd. Call him out publicly and if he still refuses, call him a big COWARD in public. That's the only way to entice him. After December and Floyd still unresponding, then they should start talking about those other opponents !

Cotto will shiiit on Floyd's resume. Cotto was pretty good. he beat the better version of Shane Mosley who happened to be FLoyd's best win in Mosley's worst version. he faced the best welterweight. i think he deserved to get a consideration in a hall of fame. most underrated boxer in the last 10 years.

i agree....he does not wait for fighters to slow down or getting old not like FMJ
