I just don't get why people keep arguing Manny never failed a test when Mosley has never failed those same Nevada commission tests with juice in his system that PBF and Manny has passed. Based on commission testing Mosley is a clean drug free fighter.

pac never said no. he said 7 days. and 7 days is better than 14 days (wifebeater's original offer) and 18 days (the cut off for wifebeater/mosley).

nope. rational and logical people would ask, why is pac demanding OST? is it cause he doesn't think he can win? if pac wants OST, then he should not only pay for OST for his fight, but for all his undercards, and he should go to the commissions and ABC orgs and petition them to change the rules so OST is mandatory for all boxing matches.
