I'm convinced that he can't make it anymore. The only two opponents he'd likely even consider at that weight would be Floyd and Manny. For that type of money he'd drain himself.
He can make 154, but it would be unhealthy for his age. he started camp with 200 pounds on his ribs. he would spend too much energy on losing these last pounds.
the funny thing is hes a small MW. he blew up to 168, thats really not much for a middleweight.
but nobody want to see Pacman fight him at a cathweight of 156 for his middleweight title and than the Super 6 winner at a catchweight of a final catchweight of 160 pounds. LMFO
He said he can get down as low as 156 for Manny for his lineal MW title..
Pacquiao would be shooting for his 9th title in 9 weight classes..and a fight at 156 would put Sergio's belt on the line..in other words..Sergio won't put his belt in the line at 155 or less..
He can. At fight night he was 168. Margarito gained 15 pounds and seemed to be ok. Gaining ~ 15 isn't that unusual in boxing today. He for sure would struggle a bit, but would not suffer badly.
I'm pretty sure he would make 154 for Pac&Floyd.

yeah and other than those unlikely fights he has no reason to do so hes the MW champ so no loss for him really, he can always move up to 168 also.
wish he was a little heavier.. 168 with abraham froch ward the rest of the super six guys, bute whos with showtime now, pavlik who said he cant make 160 anymore, martinez, how big is pirog? even jacobs who said a while back he could make do 168
much rather see all that than some "p4p allstars" fight with a goddamn featherweight
Yeah, and Manny would still be coming in at 148/149 on fight night. This is ridiculous. I don't care if Tony was 165 on fight night, most of that gain was water weight.
