Martinez is 35 years old and has paid his dues. He should fight big money fights or at least known names, not up and comers with less than 20 fights. I am not a fan of Martinez at all but last night and the fight with Pavlik he proved he should be making big money. Not to mention he got KO of the year and should win FighterOTY.

Mayweather, Pacquiao, Williams trilogy, Cotto. Are all good names but especially the first two. Anything less than these four names, he'll just be taking steps backward.

It doesn't matter. At MW they all suck. Rather see him fight a JMW or a good WW at a catchweight than one of those featherfisted MW's like Sturm. I say catchweight because that is the trend now, you become ATG by winning title fights at catchweights.

Sergios next fight will be in early '11 against Sebastian Zbik acc. to the last WBC convention.

I hope theres this "rule" about unify title is more improtant than mandos but than again interims + regular = unification.....well, the smaller man (Sergio) should get used fightin bigger guys at middleweight now.
