              I think so. He had every tool when he was in the lower divisions - hand speed, chin, power, incredible defense, ring generalship, heart...you name it. Humberto Soto is still going strong and even a fading, less-dedicated Guzman beat him years ago. It's a shame because even when he was at 122, he was ballooning up to near heavyweight status. One can only imagine.
