The last fight I saw of Rocky's prior to Raheem was another that was a hometown decision. His fight against Velazquez. It could easily have been a draw, though I had Rocky winning 115-113, but 2 of the scorecards had Rocky dominating, which he never did.

I hope Rocky sees what happened and learns from it. He's still exciting to watch when his game is on.

Yup Soto simply confirmed what has been exposed.

Exposed what? Only thing I saw wrong with Rocky's performance was that Soto could take his punch.I thought Rocky and Soto made a hell of a fight.Rocky did what he had to do and came up short, are you guys forgeting Soto hasnt lost in his 14 fights. He is one tough mf and had a fight plan and stuck to it. I never saw the Raheem fight but someone mentioned there was alot of holding in that fight. This fight was clean and the best man of the night won.

And that's what Soto completed exposing. That Rocky, while he is a hell of a fighter, isn't what he was hyped to be. That, if you can keep him on the outside, he is rather ineffective.

Soto was Morales sparring partner so maybe he picked up a lot from Eric. He is one tough muthaf, he was getting all that vicious left hooks from Juarez but Soto was still attacking. Maybe Soto and Chi will be a good fight.
