Please, im sure there were 3 fights at the box office, 2 fights when cotto entered the ring, and then 25 arrests during the victory celebration.

LOL. But you gotta admit it was funy when they aimed the cara on his cornermen (20 of them in the crowd), tha asked Vargas what they were doing ad he said "they went to brake it up" than one of their guys throws afew kicks and the police treaten to to swing nightsticks at them.

Castillejo made Vargas look good IMO. The fighter wasn't no bum, but he had no power, no speed, he was just an old man who had average skills. He looked decent, but got caught with a decent amount of punches. I think he will get KO'd vs. DLH and Mayorga in the early rounds. He's gotten better from the Joval fight. The old Vargas has a better chance at DLH there's absolutely NO WAY that Vargas can outbox DLH. So the old Vargas and the new Vargas will lose... same ol' same ol'.

On another note, I think Vargas is a ****. He rates himself an F, I bet thats the best that He could do vs. Cast, and he's just making excuses for not looking good. Sounds pretty arrogant to me. How can he say it is an F when he had a way worse performance against Joval? Compared to his last fight this was a B+ Vargas shouldn't make ****** excuses.

vargas would have little chance against mayorga.
no chance against even an out of shape heartless delahoya.

vargas should forget about any belt and wait to fight big money fight with delahoya then get out of boxing,at least as a fighter.

Yeah, he didn't impress me at all to be honest. Actually, He's never really impressed me. I think he has always been very overated.

I can't wait to see DLH KO him and see what excuse he comes up with this time.

Anything he once had is pretty much gone now. Sad to be shot at such a young age, but he looked every bit as old as Castillejo out there at the end...

LOL at some of you guys acting like Mayorga is some great ****in fighter. He has lost two of his last four fights & really only has 1 win that made him a name against Forrest. Where is Forrest now? Mayorga is a bum. I think Vargas definitely has a shot against Mayorga & if he improves from this fight I think he will have enough to stop Mayorga late or a UD. Would be intersesting fight but will never happen. How is Vargas only gonna get 25% of the purse when he draws 90% of the crowd.
