I'm sorry it meant it looked like he was about to die. Kinda like a fish outta water taking his last few breaths...lol

Hattons KO was way worse. He was lying on the ground motionless longer and wasnt able to give a post fight interview. That Knockdown also led to a downward spiral in Hattons life that hit rock bottom a few months ago with him doing like 5 lines in 5 seconds.

Pwill was knocked out cold but he recovered faster than hatton and was able to give a post fight interview no problem.

Pacs KO of Hatton ended his career. Martinez KO of Pwill aint ending his career. Pacs KO is easily the more devastating one.

          Therefore, Martinez KO>Pacquiao KO.

Kevin, try and read the thread next time. Did I ask where each fighter was ranked? Ok, was Williams champion? No. Hatton was IBO and The Ring Light Welterweight Champion so Hatton > Williams.

Martinez was the underdog? Where the hell do you live? Under a rock? 90% were picking Martinez to win, if not more.

Martinez is a lineal middleweight champion, same weight division with Paul Williams. they fought once already and it was a close fight while Manny's fight against Hatton was his first in 140 lbs. Hatton was a lineal champion and was his best weight. the K.O's were almost identical though but Hatton had to rushed in a hospital and left while Williams even did an interview and wasnt really shocked. Manny's K.O was more BRUTAL.

I aagree, I tried to make a GIF earlier showing how he landed that same punch like 5 times prior to the KO. Williams was eating the left like candy and when Martinez had him up against the ropes in rd 1, he hit Williams like 5 times in a combo and Williams had already started to swell up. Even if Martinez did not get the ko then, Williams was on his way to getting completely worked over and beaten up...I could not see him lasting eating those kinds of punches.

Another thing I distinctly noticed was that Martinez was ripped and looked much fitter than he did in their first fight. Last time they fought, yo could see that Martinez did not have a full camp, this time you could see the power and speed difference more clearly.

Yeah but that doesn't make you p4p level, I mean he beat Andy Kolle ffs.

Cintron undressed him, Quintana decisively beat him, Sexy beat him 2x, I mean at some point people gotta stop making excuses.

This guy just wasn't as good as the hype suggested he was. The whole thing about "being the most feared" and jumping 3 weight classes was just a gimmick.

If he was so great, why did he ask for a catchweight?

Also, after the Cintron match, his promoter told everyone he'd move down to 47' because he knew that Williams was a k.o waiting to happen.

Last night after the k.o I thought about "Martinez taxing that ass" and I'm like Mathed must be rolling right now.
