I was thinking to myself why was he still counting. P-Will was out before he hit the canvas.

He was a horrible ref but I bet it isn't easy when you have to watch over two guys that are that active. He was really bad at getting them to unclinch; sometimes he would touch them when they were boxing in close, and the counting while Williams was KTFO was not really necessary.
