Emanuel Steward can make Williams into a great boxer but most of you will complain that he will make him a boring fighter who just jabs. Also why was Paul, a boxer with a superb reach, fighting an inside fight?

It is only done for Paul Williams if Paul Williams doesn't realize the need for change.

Paul Williams has the atttributes to be an outside fighter yet never fights in that fashion, it isn't rocket science to learn how to utilize ones height. He would have to put in a lot of work to change, but that level of change never happeans if one doesn't need it (if it ain't broke why fix it).

This could just as easily be a wake up call for Williams as what you say~

Hey Paul isn't that bad, a limited fighter maybe but he is very good at what he does. He's a spoiler.

He is very good at what he does Jacky, if a fighter doesn't have any very special quality and doesn't handle pressure well he is getting out worked and most likely stopped by PWill.

I think maybe now he might not be any good depending on how he reacts to this mentally and if his chin can hold up with that style because he needs a great chin and strong will to continue fighting and being an effective pressure fighter.

Can he change and become a better boxer? who knows but he does have over 40 pro fights keep in mind so I would doubt it.

Throwing **** at a wall and hoping it sticks?

Two words man, Kermit Cintron. People made excuses about that fight, but that fight is what should've opened everyone's eyes about this guy.

It wasn't no fluke, it exposed Williams.

Nothing even happened in that fight, maybe a total of 6 clean punches were landed by either guy, its not enough to go on.

Oh lots of things happened spray baby.

Cintron showed how easily Williams is to beat with just basic boxing techniques that a beginner can employ. Pop the jab, turn him, rinse and repeat.

Cintron was landing 1-2's, turning and Williams didn't know what the hell to do. Cintron also buckled Williams badly in the 3rd of 4th and Williams hung on.
