I voted for the Sergio/Williams KO punch, because of the visual effect of a very tall Paul falling like a tree.

I remember an interview where Hearns said that he felt a jolt of electricity in his arm when he hit Durán with that punch.

Hearns-Duran, it's a classic and Durans chin is far far superior to hattons or williams making the KO more impressive.

If it's just about one punch, then Martinez vs Williams because it was legitimately a one punch knockout, Williams just never saw it coming. Hearns, much like Pacquiao against Hatton, had already done damage to Duran and it was just a matter of time before he got knocked out. Hearns vs Duran is the most impressive KO however, as it was the only time Duran was legitimately knocked out in more than a hundred fights.

The other two fights you could say that they substained enough damage to the head that a knockout (especially Hatton) was invitable.
