  • BULL**** There is no real size differential between Margarito and Martinez and any honest Pac-Man fan will acknowledge this fact; 5'10 and 166lbs or 5'11 and 165lbs what's really good?

Sergio is about to turn 36 years old and he deserves a pay-per-view payday. This fight could be made at the Junior Middleweight limit of 154lbs where Manny could make the first defense of the WBC 154lbs belt he just won; correction ~ Manny could LEGITIMIZE the 154lb title he was just awarded because we all kknow that Margarito was shot and that is the ONLY reason Top Rank allowed that fight to happen. Fight Sergio and challenge yourself for once!

"killing himself" has nothing to do with the fact that Pac has a title at 154 end of story...........

The fact that people have LOW standards for Pac is the reason Martinez is "too big" as they know Hoya was a "BIGGER" SHOT fighter and the "much bigger" cheating Margarito never had a chance.

Put Martinez in the ring with Pac at 154 who's smaller than both Margarito and Hoya who's an elite threat coming off a serious KO win (NOT LOSS) and now he's "TOO BIG" or not popular enough, or not good enough, or what ever excuse?

It goes back to "why do we hold such LOW standards for Pac"?

        Bottom line:

Pac has titles at 147 & 154. It's not our fault he can't make weight just like it wasn't Pac's fault that Hoya couldn't fully hydrate????? Double standards again......

Martinez: is exposing the fact that Pac's "selections" are weak......

At the end of the day its Martinez vs Pac at 154. Anything else validates that people have low standards for Pac and accept the fact that he's been "picking" WEAK opponents that are in fact bigger than Martinez. Though depending on the agenda don't want to admit that Hoya was shot or margarito was a bum. Saying so admits he's selecting weak opponents. By saying NO, they where a threat validates a fight with Martinez as again, he is in fact smaller than both Hoya and Margarito. its not OUR problem Hoya was weight drained and shot or that Margarito was a cheat and completely shot coming off a SERIOUS loss to a guy Pac wanted nothing to do at between 141-147...

This is not hate but looking at the big picture. When Floyd gets out of court, he needs to correct the situation and accept Pac's offer of FULL RANDOM UNLIMITED OST that HE HIMSELF said he sent to Floyd. Not to mention Arum saying he still wants to "deal" with Floyd first.

He's actually smaller. The point is, we as fans wont drop the standards (again) for that title that Pac wanted.

It's at 154. Martinez standing at 5'10 has fought most of his career at 147-154.

Accepting anything less than 154 (where pac holds a title) validates his "pickings" are weak and that we hold low standards for him.

This is just like when he fought Hoya at 147 but didn't want to fight Cotto at 147. Pac has the title at 154. Fight the man at 154.

Personally I don't want to see it. Im just making a point. I would rather see Martinez vs Mayweather before Martinez vs Pac or Mayweather vs Pac...

You would too if you wanted to see Floyd lose.

              • Martinez can go back down to 154 and it's still a mismatch. Wanna know why? Martinez is too fast, too strong, and too good.

I would rather see Martinez-Floyd anyways. That fight would have no issues being accomplished. No bullshyt and no okie-doke shyt.
