nope.

pwill threw a left hook and he ****ed his left hand way back and his right hand was around his waist. so many defensive mistakes there.

martinez threw the overhand left. it was perfect timing for martinez, but he was throwing that punch all night. he knew eventually he would land it with devastating results. martinez also didn't have his guard up, but at least he ducked to avoid getting hit with the counter. very unorthodox but effective.
