    They are not really on even terms to warrant a rematch, the 1st fight was razor thin and many if not most ppl think Sergio won and then to leave no doubt in anyone's mind Sergio lays him out stiff.

    I wouldn't complain if they made it, but there is really no reason for it and Pwill should take a tune up for sure after a long rest to see where he is at physically and mentally.

      I agree, for me Martinez won both fights, this one he just demolished him. Funny thing is Williams never really even earned his shot at the titles in the MW division..so at this point he should drop back and at least have to fight in an eliminator or two.

        Agree, Sergio could hire Paul as a sparring partner.
