I could see Sergio outboxing Ward. He throws a punch and lunges in with his head, or grabs. This works well against stationary opponents, but Martinez wouldn't be stationary. He could counter Ward, who I haven't seen with too many southpaws. Size discrepancies though make both fights nailbiters.
