The more other athletes that are showcased with impressive performances like tonight's (and you know this was probably a highly rated entry of BAD, considering the replay before Martinez/Williams), the more irrelevant he becomes. Not only Floyd. Something like tonight puts every boxer on notice to dazzle and impress. I suppose we're focusing on Floyd because he so often tries to put the focus on himself.

By your logic Mayweather should not be in any rankings since he rarely fights, but Mosley > Clottey in the rankings and Marg is no where near ANY rankings at all, a decision win over Garcia journeyman - he shouldn't be in the ring with Pac in the first place, Clottey's win > Marg
