i think arum is resigned to the idea of a pac-floyd fight happening, at least in the near future.

both sides are probably sick of hearing anything that has to do with the other side.

now arum does the next big thing and seek a fight with a 'slick' fighter, of which pac is being accused of ducking, and like clockwork gets dissed for it again.

if he went after mosley, same thing would have happened, 'mosley is shot to ****'.

there's really no satisfying the haters on here.

berto's perfect record is not worthy enough to say he deserves to be the next opponent to pacquiao. Berto's only real competition was his fight with quintana, whose only claim to fame is his UD win over Pwill.

All these talk of Berto, Mosley are just that, all talk.

What would be better to sell to the public is a matchup with Khan instead of Berto or Mosley if Mayweather is not willing/able to fight Pacquiao. But that too is highly improbable (Khan-Pacquiao).

Andre Berto is no chump. He can fight. I do think Manny will stop him, but Manny will have to earn it. I love Mosley but he's passed it and his last couple of fights should be proof of that. First of all, Berto is in his physical prime. Berto also has very fast hands and he throws a great uppercut, which seems to be a punch that Manny can be hit with. You also must realize that Manny would be Andre’s Superbowl. Berto will put everything into the training and I would expect him to really perform. Remember Berto actually has a win over Andre Direll at 165 in the amateurs. So he can handle a speedy southpaw. I would like to see Manny vs Berto. Mark my words...if Manny fights Berto his performance in that fight will determine if Floyd fights him or not.

Berto is a smoke screen!!! even that I believe Manny will beat Berto(he's young and strong but not skilled enough, the excuse will be that Berto over-priced himself), Top Ranks will choose Mosley. Is less risk for Pacquiao will ask less $$$ after his last 2 fights and now some people will say that Manny fought an afro-american all of famer!!! Uncle Bob is all about the green!!! he will ride Pacquiao's wave as long as he can!!!

the problem with berto is he doesnt know how to fight left-handers, as shown in the collazo fight. even mayweather not too good with left handers, mosley does very well with lefties, but hes shot and needs to retire. jmm too old too, but hes got mannys number.angulo or william-martinez would give pac the best comp rt now. mayweather too if he grows a pair.

Dude WTH are you talking about, Berto does not deserve a shot? The guy is a legitimate world champion. So I guess Joshua Clottey was worthy huh? I guess a guy coming off suspension for being caught with plaster in his gloves deserved a shot too right? Dude please go learn some common sense before you start posting ****** stuff like what you just said. Berto is more deserving of a shot at Manny besides Clottey, Margarito and yes even Mosley. Shane is more of a name than anything. However the funny thing is, before Shane's last two fights, he asked a few times for a fight with Manny and was mysteriously turned down by Arum, now that he is right for the taking, he all of a sudden deserves a shot at Pacquiao. Arum is full of it and we know it.
