Its starting to appear that way, but he could be doing all this to make the fight bigger. After Pac, there will not be a fight this big for Floyd, probably ever. All we can do is see what happens with his legal issues, and see how willing he is to make this fight if he gets passed them without serving too much, if any, time at all.
