Light heavyweight Andrzej Fonfara (15-2, 6 KOs) wasted no time in winning his lastest bout, with only 23 seconds being needed to annihilate Anthony Doughty (9-2, 8 KOs) in front of his Polish fans at the UIC Pavilion in Chicago, IL. Doughty came out swinging, ready to slug it out, but Fonfara threw a quick left-right combination, landing the right hand flush to the face of Doughty. Doughty was down and out, lying motionless for several minutes. It was the third straight stoppage victory for Fonfara, who began his career at welterweight and looks very comfortable at 175 lbs.
