Mosley was not lineal champ because he didn't beat Cotto, Clottey, and Berto. Pac wanted to fight Mosley but they already promised Cotto the fight. Besides Cotto already beat a prime Mosley.

Learn what Lineal is before u post...Cotto was the Man at WW, he lost the belt to Magarito, who then lost it to Mosley.
