the 140lb-ers need to fight each other first... they need to pay some dues.

if a pac/shane fight happens, i would like to see it happen at 154... so at least he can defend his belt (even if he comes in @ 144 again)... pac could also defend it against yuri. LOL. maybe unify with cotto? HAHA... so all these whiners could shut the hell up about pac grabbing a belt and not defending...

devon/tim/amir/marcos needs to sort themselves out first before a shot at pac... they didnt pay their dues. PLUS, they would get KILLED. their undefeated records dont mean anything (tim, devon) anyway... maybe floyd can fight them and brag about taking these ******'s "0"s with a long and drawn out decision. then give the "scraps" to pac. LOL. pac then would ruin these kids' careers & retire them early. haha
shane vs berto would be good they would both be tired as hell by the 8th round swinging for the KO!

Forget about 154, Pac has already said that he is dropping that belt

who dont understand styles make fights.

praise and the go ahead to make this fight happen.

shane should fight in feb to keep his timing

either jmm or devon alexander at 147

who disagrees shane wont beat either one at 147 even at this late stage?
How bout shane and berto fight in the start of the year. Winner gets a shot at pac and it would give them enough time to rest and be ready.

Wow Pac wanting to fight in May. Thats Floyds month. Thats a psychological slap. Mayweather might agree to fight him because of that. The next fight will prolly be announced in February then after the Bradley-Alexander fight. There is so much potential there for Manny to fight an actual challenge, if all we get is Shane it will be wildly disappointing.

i just dont think berto deserves either fight or pay day.

he hasnt done anything, barely got by a past prime collazo

berto is fast and talented, just wasting it thou because he doesnt challenge

              himself to develop

his 1-2-hold combination is horrific to witness for 12 rounds

I understand styles make fights. I also understand Shane would have problems with a technical fighter of Marquez's caliber. KO in 4? No way! No way Shane gets Marquez outta there in 12! This is a good fight you came up with tho. I'd pay 2 c it. I don't think it benefits Shane tho since he is already being mentioned for Pac. JMM would have to fight him at welter which he prolly wouldnt agree 2 either. It would do pretty good PPV numbers if it had a solid undercard tho and would set the winner up for a shot at Pac. Berto-Mosley would be a fan-friendlier fight tho. Hope 2 see that next.

he is resting for six months because he got work to do in the philippine congress. dont act like a fool. superfights takes about six months to prepare. between looking for opponents, finding a venue, looking for sponsors, negotiating the tv rights not only for hbo but for the international audience. and promoting fights.we are talking about mega fights in here not your typical indian casino fights.

Manny deserves all the rest he needs. He beat up a super middleweight at welterweight. No need to rush back to war so soon.

atleast pac has scheduled himself to fight in may of next year...while mayweather will still be on vacation.

and to the guy that said pac only fights twice a month...here are facts:

                      - the majority of the top fighters only fight twice a year
                      - boxers that fight more then twice a year are the ones that are trying to make a name for themselves...or are trying to fight their way to a big fight
