    Trend in Manny Pacquiao's opponents

I'm in no way hating on Manny Pacquiao, because he beats the person they put in front of him. However, like any other boxer he's going to get criticized. I think it would help if Freddie Roach just kept his mouth shut.

Pacman's last couple opponents have looked bad in their last fight and them talking about him fighting Sugar Shane is proving my point.

Margarito-got knocked out by Shane, and looked bad in previous fight.
Clottey-lost to Cotto because he stopped throwing punches.
Cotto- didn't look good against Clottey. Got a gift decision, but Clottey stopped throwing.
Hatton- didn't look good against the dude prior to Pac. Previously KO'd by Floyd
    Diaz-BUM
Oscar- can't really say he looked bad in previous fight, but he was weight drained. Manny beats him either way though. (my opinion)

Manny is a great fighter, and his career is established as an all-time great if he retired today. However, I'd like to see him fighting someone who looked good in their last fight.

    Here are some people I'd like to see him fight;

Obviously Mayweather, but this fight may not ever happen.
    Berto-Pac will TKO him
Bradley- I think this would be a good fight.
    Khan- this fight wouldn't happen
Not interested in a Martinez or Williams fight. They are simply too big and would overwhelm Pacquiao. Well, I think he'd tag Williams face up though.

How does Bradley deserve a fight with Manny? The guy isnt even the best light welter let alone a big name at the welter.

you can apply your same logic to any boxer's resume.

let's look at Floyd's last few fights

        1. shane mosley was old and coming off beating worthless margarito but barely scraping by a Joke of a fighter Mayorga who was dominating mosley at times and making him look old as ****. Still almost got destroyed as Mosley put him on ***** street

        2. Juan Manual Marquez. Pacquiao's sloppy seconds, Pacquiao can be said to already have destroyed and ruined this guy

        3. Ricky Hatton. Overrated and made Hatton fight at 147 where he was already proven to be a complete joke as Luis Collazo dominated him and Hatton got a gift decision.

        4. Oscar De la Hoya. Got an SD(!). A split decision against a badly faded joke of a 50 year old DLH that Pac ANNIHILATED.

...a SPLIT ****ING DECISION. he almost lost to DLH.

        5. Carlos Baldomir. LOL! Won by UD. Baldomir went to lose again by UD in his next fight and then got KTFO in 6 rounds by Saul Alvarez

        etc etc..

The thing that always makes me LOL at this, is when people get to Cotto, and Clottey. It usually goes. "Cotto.. Got a gift decision against Clottey." and then "Clottey... lost to Cotto".

So... which is it? Gift decision? Or did Clottey lose? By saying Cotto got a gift, you're saying that Clottey really won the fight. And then in the next sentence, discrediting Clottey for losing to Cotto.
