These are my thoughts too. I don't see how they could be biased when Martinez was a relatively unknown fighter before fighting Williams. What made them gush over Martinez was his beautiful picture perfect clean shots. Other than that one punch in the fourth round, I don't think Williams had many clean shots that rocked Martinez.

They both made adjustments last fight. Pwillyvstarted picking off that right hook and maravella worked the straigt left to the chest, then the straight lead left in pauls grill.

Paul has an excellent trainer that he listens to so I dont think this fight will necesssRily come down to the smarter fighter. Conditioning and strength will be huge. Pwill is basically putting weight on for this fight and Sergio blew up since his last fight.

One adjustment I've been saying Sergio should do (but I hope he doesn't) is to box more. If he let's pwilly get his rhythm again it's gonna be a problem. If Sergio stinks it out for 5-6 rds then brings it all the way, I could see a different result. If serg let's Paul dictate the pace again and make it a shootout Paul wins. I think Sergio is too macho to stink it out for a major fight.

I like both these guys a lot and eiter way I'll be happy for both of them and they have proven to everyone they're straight up badasses.[/QUOTE]

They really have & it's a shame that a ppv event can go on in a division where they are easily #1 & #2 without at least 1 of them being involved in it!!I like em both, they're both throwbacks in a time of sissyfied divas & I'm glad that I'm a fan of either!!
agreed. dude's you can rep because they don't act like bitc hes.

absolutely false. as I mentioned in the title, i've been watching it over and over the last couple of days. pwill stung him repeatedly in exchanges with some single shot. he had a nice 1-2 in the 7th or 8th that snapped martinez neck and some very clean hooks as the last punches in their flurries.

plus they both rocked each other in the 12th (a round I gave to sergio).

sergio had long runs in the fight when he did nothing (4-9- he landed 1 big shot in the 8th)

I expect the same outcome as the first if we are lucky. These dudes wont make any adjustments once they taste some glove love. It will be pw comin forward and sergio circling. sergio will gas mid-late rds and pw will continue the same pace and win on hustle.

2.5hrs to go until we get a real championship contest. Not all that BS they have been trying to force feed us for the past 5yrs.

Yea Ive watched it everyday since they put it up on On Demand. The fight can go so many different ways that this is one of the first really big fights that I didnt make a cash bet on. Martinez is the more precise puncher of the 2, but PWill throws over twice as many punches. Im excited.

sergio blew up in between these last couple fights, he can't afford any stamina issues

won tong, read your post. Just wanted to say, Sergio will engage depending on how he feels and racts to Pwills power. If he doesnt feel affected by it, it will be a brawl, but in the other hand if he feels he can get hurt, he will box all night. I still expect a damn good match. Have a shot for me tonite, I drink my share here

I have a feeling hes going to have stamina issues just based off of PWills workrate. It just depends how much damage he can inflict before he starts gassing.
