Dude, my bro used to box and was pretty good....... Well he went and sparred a black belt and out boxed him nasty....

All he did was use distance and a jab, and that black belt couldn't do anything.... By the time the black belt would throw somethin my brother was so used to seeing punches come from close, the extra half second he had from kicks coming, that dude couldn't hit my bro with anything....

Now my bro didn't whoop, whoop, his ass.... But it was pretty one sided....
