For the second time in less than a year, former welterweight champion Carlos Quintana has helped Paul Williams prepare for a fight with Sergio Martinez. Some find the pairing very odd, since Quintana is the only man to defeat Williams in the pro ranks with a 2008 twelve round decision. Williams got revenge a few months later with first round knockout. Quintana has noticed a real difference in the second Martinez training camp. He told Carlos Gonzalez that Williams improved in several key areas.

Quintana will know better then any1 about Paul Williams preperation vs a Southpaw. He has done what no1 else has remember guys. Ofcourse he got ko in the rematch but he still got the W over him.
