You know, this scenario is quite plausible. Man did Sergio rock Williams in the first. I think it took him a couple rounds to recover. And during that time, Martinez kept just missing the one punch that could've put him away. He can hit Williams, he can hurt him and he can put him away. But I do think that he may have to do that in the first half of the fight.
