Heck if I know, but it's a punk move on Williams part IMO. How are you gonna call yourself the most avoided fighter out there and then need a catchweight to fight for a title? And I like Williams too, but these catchweight title fights have got to go. Either fight the man in his weight division with no restrictions or don't fight him at all. I still think this fight will be good, but I hate the catchweight title crap.
