Because of the recent comments that were made by Bernard Hopkins, regarding Filipino champion Manny Pacquiao, HBO's ringside score-keeper Harold Lederman has jumped on the wagon. During my recent interview with Hopkins, he raised the often discussed question as to when Pacquiao will finally face a top African American boxer with a slick fighting style.

Maybe cause there's no top ***ish fighters? I know he was joking but it's true. The only one I can think of is yuri foreman, but pac would knock him out. I mean if he could do that to Margarito, & cotto can do what he did to him, then I'm pretty sure pac would lay him out.

I'd commented back in January (when Pac ran from testing) that Judah would beat Pacquiao 10/10 times if he agreed to testing. Unfortunately Judah's already stated that he'd fight Pacquiao with or without the tests, but, money talks in boxing.
