why is Cotto getting a pass this year?

    I wouldn't say he's getting a pass. He's just biding his time and apparently, picking his spots. I suppose he's got a right to do that at this point, though as a fan I'd like to see him more active. 154 has plenty of matches for him. But right now, there really is no top guy at 154. Bundrage has a belt, Cotto has a belt, Pac is likely giving his belt up to go back down.
