Business contracts are not usualy negotiated in public. There have been plenty of Klitschko fights that have been negotiated sucessfully and I don't hear anyone complaining except after they got KTFO afterwards.

You can't really expect two teams to make a deal public. That's just not realistic. The public has no say so whatsoever anyway, so really who cares.
