Well we've concluded he wasn't in shape for the mosley fight. I disagree he looked shit against Garcia, it was a tune up in which he won every single round and clowned that guy so hard it was funny. I'm a fan but I'm a realist. Truthfully, I thought Margarito was slipping a bit when he fought Cotto. Looked a tad slower than I was accustomed to. And ate a lot more blows. Granted, Cotto was an elite fighter at the time but the Tony I knew wasn't that bad defensively. These days, they make it sound as if he never had defense and just walked through every punch when that was not the case. And I read what you wrote, did you read what I wrote? You can't say, "I wasn't prepared" and just because it's fact doesn't mean it's ok. It's an excuse regardless. And irrelevant. You're paid to fight. Period.
