Man this is easy to say now! At the time Wlad was as skilled an offensive fighter as there was in the division and if Mercer or McCline or Barretr or whoever did not have the balls to go for it like Corrie Sanders did comments like these should be left un-said.

McCline is and always been a guy not capeable of fighting using he size and power. He even cowered away from Chris Byrd's punches. It's like he has no idea how big and strong he is, and doesn't like to get hit.

I don't think he'd have ever beaten Wlad under any circumstances.

Mercer was cleary a shot fighter when he fought Wlad.

In his case, if he was younger, I could have seen him putting up a much better fight making it more dangerous for Wlad.

As it was at the time they fought right up until now, I don't think either of them would beat Wlad.

My guess is that Vlad is the greater threat for tiring. Peter's shots will loose some sting in the later rounds, but Vlad will not repond well to them. TIMBER ..........
