Nah, BHop just does it to hype the fight. Remember him throwing the Puerto Rican flag on the ground IN Puerto Rico? He nearly caused a riot. Which gave attention to the fight and most likely gave it a few more buys/views.

I think you guys put too much stock into what people say. People talk ****, Hopkins talks a lot of it. I'm sure if as a white guy or whatever if you met him, I'm sure he'd be cool and sign a photo or whatever. I seriously doubt he is a racist.

What about the story of his friendship with that white kid with cancer ? The one who was buried with a pair of hopkins gloves.

i voted no, but since im black; i know blacks feel like we cant be racist at times. but you really cant blame blacks for their attitude towards race.

I don't really mind that he thinks blacks are better at boxing. There are mental and physical differences between races that are scientifically there but we just don't talk about.

Then again Hopkins doesn't seem like a scientist and he comes from a culture where racism is the norm. Same with Floyd.

Lets face it if Hatton was recorded saying dog-eating midgets can't handle the power and endurance of a white man and he'd never lose to a brownie this question wouldn't need asking. Those guys get away with it because people either don't take them seriously or just feel sorry for them.
