As a Pac fan, I'd wonder why he doesn't go to the Commision and request it to be mandatory.

How would anybody know a 7 day cut-off offer would stop the fight when Floydie's was cut off 19 days before the fight? In the words of Floyd's confidante, Zab Judah, "That's the dumbest **** I ever heard."

I think testing needs to start somewhere. How many people have we seen get busted from post-fight testing? OSDT would only be more helpful in both catching and deterring fighters from using PED's.

Regardless of how it's first implemented, additional testing would only be helpful. I agree with testing across the board, but everything cannot happen overnight; it needs to start somewhere.
Yep, let them be tested on fight day.

          It has to start somewhere.

          Floyd vs Martinez/Williams.

Well, if all boxing commissions and all sanctioning bodies required all boxing matches to have olympic drug testing, then i have no problem with it.

Man, but i just have trouble trying to digest it because this suggestion of drug testing came from a family of s.

You've got drug pushers insinuating Manny pacquiao as a drug cheat. Oh, the irony of things.

if he did, trust me all the *******s would say Floyd Mayweather is a ***** for not accepting it etc etc and Pacquiao would be praised for his crusade against steroids. But *****s would also say Pac is scared of Floyd and needs testing etc. The hypocrisy will always be there.

This is what all Wapakmen could have created threads on every single day...

Manny Pacquiao: The Filipino Congressman Who Single Handedly Ushered In The New Era of Stricter Drug Testing In The Sport of Boxing

When the history books show how only Floyd Mayweather Jr. tried to improve the sport's drug testing landscape with OSDT and Manny Pacquiao refused to contribute to stricter testing, Team Pacquiao and all Wapakmen will be kicking themselves when it's all said and done...
