Pacquaio needs to deal with Mayweather the same way the Klitschko's need to deal with Haye. Send a contract for 50/50 to the opposing camp and media sources worldwide. Make it clear that this is it, take it or leave it and if they don't respond, move on to the next. Mayweather has made it clear he isn't interested through divisive and manipulative means.
