Paul Williams vs Manny Pacquiao would be the best fight in the last 20 years or so. It would be an all action complete war. Williams can make 147, so I'd Manny won't fight him he should leave that division. After Williams stops Martinez this Saturday they should definitely make Williams-Pacquiao.

The guy has 82" reach + 6'11 against against 67" and 5'6. If you do the math its 15+5= 20" -thats close to being 2 feet.

You really have to go really close or use a ladder to get him in the face. To be fair Pac asked him to go at 144 and that would be even.

You're stretching the truth a bit; it's really a junior welterweight fighting a junior middleweight. Either way it's an unfair fight for Pac. Williams against Mayweather is possible, but even that is a little unfair. But I can't blame Williams for chasing the payday.
