I agree with Andre Berto's trainer and to an extent, so does Roach.......

"Mayweather is so different than our last four opponents [Cotto, Ricky Hatton, De La Hoya and David Diaz]. We have to study him really hard. But I know Mayweather really well. I just need Manny to see what I see." (Freddie Roach).

      Another hypothetical assumption.

Just come out and fight, stop the theories, let's get it on

Roach has changed since then, he said Floyd is an easy fight.

        Same old story...

Same old story...Always, some (trainers, experts, media people, boxing fanatics and even the boxers themselves) believed they need to do this to do that to beat "The Great Manny Pacquiao"...They said Clottey didn't come out with his shell, Dela Hoya was dehydrated, Cotto is back pedalling with his bike & stop throwing punches, but the truth is they realized afterwards, they can't handle & deal with the speed & versatility of Pacman in the ring, what happened is not what they expected...Manny could adjust immediately in any boxer style he faced, then any opponent started to startle and fight differently as what they expected and used to do, as realized in the Dela Hoya, Cotto, Clottey and Margarito fight...In short they underestimate the size and skill of Manny...

Roach said Floyd was an easy fight back when Cotto, Mosley and
Floyd were possible opponents. Roach said Mosley was the hardest
of the 3. Roach knows the deal. I just hope the fight happens instead
of hearing about Arum and Roach TRYING to make it happen. Floyd
is going to want to fight because the heat is on.

First Berto's Trainer should be more focused on training Berto and getting him some real fights instead of all these lay down fights..TBH I would love to see Berto fight Margarito,I think Berto loses this fight and get's sent to the back of the class with his lose...But Berto won't ever fight Marga's but his trainer will have the guy who just beat the hell out of him in his mouth talking bad bout him..Ya fighter sucks and you suck as a trainer don't even have Pac's name in ya mouth ya bum...

EXACTLY! Don't see why people keep forgetting that.
Bob Arum succeeded in fooling the fans (Mostly Pac's)
with that Top Rank clock. Still don't understand how
Arum can make an offer to someone with equal to more
star power than your fighter, brings in more money and
say " You have a deadling to sign this contract. Take it
or leave it"? I hope this fight happens for the sake of
everyone who continue to debate and argue this topic.
If this fight doesn't happen for whatever reason. I would
be very disappointed along with Millions of others. I wish
for once that these promotional companies and fighters
would just do it for the sport and the fans instead of their
egos and own agendas. No one can lose if this fight gets
                  made.

people blame floyd but its realy pacman and/or pac's advisors holding the fight up. floyd agreed to everything, glove size, ring size, etc. floyd just demands random testing up until the day of the fight. even freddy roach demanded marg be tested moments before the fight due to speculation, so why is floyd wrong. i personally think its pac's advisors and alex ariza that dnt want the fight to happen because they are giving him things that are illegal and pac himself doesnt know he is taking illegal substances, but thats just my opinion.

When are you people start dousing yourselves with freezing water to wake you up and realize how ****** you've all been? How many times have you heard Roach call Mayweather out for Pac? I personally lost count how many. Is Floyd considered a cherrypicked opponent?

Instead of always trying to find fault somewhere why don't you blame your idol just for once on why the fight is not happening.
